We did not get our money's worth with this hotel. When we walked up to the building from the side door to go to our room, there was a large trash container full to the brim that smelled of rotted food. It had not been changed out for quite some time. After opening the door to enter the building there was another trash can full that also smelled horrible. Again it had been sitting there for who knows how long. Upon entering the room we encountered smells that indicated the room had been deodorized to cover up cigarette smoke, and the carpet was dirty/sticky. The cleanest thing in the room was the bathroom. Walls had sheetrock damage, A/C cooled but made a loud gurgling noise all night. The occasional chair and desk furniture was broken. Upholstry on the chair was filthy. All in all if we could have gotten our money back we would have checked out right away. We have stayed at BWs several times and have had good experiences so this was an unpleasant surprise. This room was booked based on a 9.2/10 rating on your website as well as the price. I cannot believe reviews that would give this location that kind of rating. Cannot recommend it until they clean it up, update it, and fix their issues. This is well below quality for a Best Western!
