The hotel was overbooked. The room booked had a broken air conditioner. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, etc.

Holes in the wall, poop on the floor, towels wet to touch..my hands were dry ..poop along wall in the bathroom VERY FILTHY

It was musty smelling and dusty yucky air in the rooms. Overall it was clean but that was surface not deep cleaning

Pros: Not much!
Cons: Needs various repair jobs - needs better supervision at the breakfast. The owner tried to calm and appease us when we arrived 9pm or later but the pl
This is one hotel we might have even been charged twice for - please check this out. They had no record of that except money was taken out already on the 15th when I reserved this hotel and for the exact amount of this hotel! Also breakfast the morning of 23rd was not well maintained or even set out well and noone was available to help! I think the owners/managers need help!
