The property didn't have a working hottub as promised, the tv was too small to be in 2022,. cracks in the walls of the shore, the furniture and all equipment in the room needs to be REPLACED....I WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED........AT THIS POINT I DON'T THINK I COULD NOR TELL RECOMMEND A FRIEND TO STAY IN A QUALITY INN......and the sad part i've stayed in them before but NEVER THIS BAD.......O I ALMOST FORGOT.....COULDN'T CONNECT TO THE INTERNET.......I WAS DONE.......

Could have used sound-proof windows on the side of the building with the twin railroad tracks. Every three hours you were guaranteed at least one freight train having to blow their horn because of the crossing, often times it was twice in three hours. Everything else was in decent condition.

The staff went beyond the expectation that I have received in other hotels. The property is has been here for many years, but you wouldn't know it. The room was clean and comfortable and in great shape. The only suggestion that I have is a larger TV. I'm going to make this hotel the place to stay on my upcoming trips to the Cincinnati area.
