One reason on selecting this hotel was for the pool. We got there the pool was closed, they sent us to a sister hotel across the parking lot to use their pool. The pool was not heated and we had to get out because a pool light had fallen out and had wires hanging in the pool. they also charged us 2 days for parking, we only stayed one night.

The hotel was fine. The front desk staff seemed like they hated their job. No personality, wasn’t greeted upon check in and at checkout she just stared at me like I had 2 heads when I said I wanted to checkout.

I called for additional wash clothes twice. Toilet was broken and had been used before we arrived . Shower did not drain.

Extremely dirty, room was never cleaned. Did not even put clean sheets on the bed, just made the bed that was used from the previous guest, there was hair all over the sheets from the the previous guest!!

Kitchen cabinet missing a door, only cooking utensil was a ladle, garbage disposal water leaked through the dishwasher all over the floor.
