Hotel is in major need of a reno. Absolutely overpriced, even for a game say at 700 a night. Crazy. Bathtub had been bathfitted over the old ceramic tub and had lifted up possibly filled with water between the two layers and would almost bounce. Tub didn’t drain and was likely Leaking between the tub and bathfitter plastic. Gross. Would not pay more than 50.00 for this room ever.

Room had a terrible moisture problem. Due to this the carpet was wet, wallpaper was peeling, mildew in the bathroom, stains all over the curtains, peeling furniture, and absolutely horrible smell of stale wetness and urine. The pictures that show their updated lobby is extremely misleading. However the staff was understanding and professional in helping us get refunded

This is propably the most convienent location for anything at UF. Great service... parts of the property show some age, but things are currently getting remodeled and look great. Pizza/Brewhouse adjoining the property is excellent!
