Excellent experience staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and Dylenia was so helpful in finding us good places to eat, she really made us feel at home. Beds were comfortable and the location was walking distance to all of Seattles attractions.

The hotel staff was not responsive to a domestic dispute in a neighboring room. We needed to call 911 to have the police intervene. The police responded within 5 minutes and resolved the issue. The hotel manager whom we spoke with acknowledged the police response and agreed to refunding us in full.

This place is a gem; convenient location walkable to most of downtown attractions, cute little pineapple themed building with very friendly staff. 10/10 would stay here again.
