The hotel itself is fine. Not as fancy as some Marriott’s, it looks like it was a different type of hotel and has been converted. The tub in our room was peeling, but the rest of the room was fine. The staff was helpful and friendly. They have a cute little bistro/coffee bar in the lobby that had pretty reasonable prices for beverages and snacks. This is a good thing because only fast food available nearby and sadly not an area that I would want to hang out.

In the beginning I was liking the stay even though there was a light mildew smell when I walked in. The room looked clean and everything but when I woke up the next morning I noticed bed bugs in the bed. I was so upset…really wish I could get a refund for my stay because my hands and wrists are all ate up. That was my first time staying there just to try a new hotel but I think I’ll stick to Holiday Inn from now on.

Dead bug, I plugged in my phone phone to charge, and when I awoke next morning, it hadn’t charged at all. Room hasn’t been redecorated. BIG scratches on one bedside stand. But bed itself was comfortable, not pillows.

Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The only issue I had was with the shuttle back to the airport at 3pm. She arrived later than she had told the staff she would arrive and then she yelled at me out the window for me to open the back and put my bag in. I told her I thought she was going to do it and that was why I hesitated but I did open it up and she did get out and come to the back to assist. She definitely did not have a good attitude which was startling because I expect people in the customer service role To be friendly and accommodating and I always tip well for the service. However I did not give her a tip We picked up pilots and Other airline people. She was a little more accommodating to them but not especially helpful or friendly.
