The nightstands in the room were full of dust. The cleaning crew only dusts the front of the nightstand, but the base of the lamps and behind them is covered with dust.

Fees for checking in early
The room is clean and spacious, the hotel pleasant, but I do not appreciate being charged a fee to check in prior to 2:00. This is an airport hotel servicing guests who are arriving and departing at all hours and coming from various time zones. This is another service charge that hotels are implementing similar to a destination fee that is simply to boost their revenue. To be charged the fee for a room that is available is unacceptable.

Great service!
Excellent staff at front desk. Delicious food in restaurant - surprisingly so… best pho I’ve ever had. Restaurant manager was super nice and very attentive. Nice respite during a whirlwind trip.
