The staff was super nice, room was clean, they had snack items available for purchase which is convenient, and free breakfast which is rare these days. Things that others might mind would include the rooms are kind of small as far as the bedroom area. On our door we noticed that there was space at the bottom between the frame and door. You could see the light through it from the hallway clear as day. There’s no provided toiletries besides shower gel, shampoo, and a hand soap bar. Oh and they clean super fast so don’t be like us and make the mistake of checking out and going back 10 minutes later to get your food out the fridge from Perrys Steakhouse lol :(

We had a great experience!! The front desk staff was top notch! Super funny, remembered our names, why we were visiting and my son’s birthday. GREAT customer service!! It is super close to everything in the area and very well priced. If we are ever in the area again, we will choose to stay in this hotel.

I didn’t realize it until I arrived, but we stayed here last year! A pleasant surprise! Friendly, helpful staff; spacious, cozy room; delicious breakfast with lots of options; close to all the spots we love to visit in Schaumburg! Wonderful experience!

Well, I stayed on the 3rd floor and heard the noise from the 4th, the room had a weird “pop” noise from time to time at night as if someone was hammering something. The room was clean however I did noted a small whole on a wall and missing edges on the carpet tile. I reserved a room that stated was stacked with snacks and drinks which I payed extra for just to find out that wasn’t true. I had to come down to the lobby and pick 4 items (drink/chips) worth $14. I stayed 2 nights and I have to say the breakfast from the 2nd day tasted like cleaning products. Definitely there won’t be a next time for this hotel, this was a weekend getaway for me and my husband by the way.
