Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our cover on the bed had some blood and the staff changed it immediately. The hallway on the second floor was hot and there were mosquitoes all in the highway and in our room. And the pool pump was broken so the pool was open a day later where the water was cloudy and had a lot of bugs all in the pool. Overall stay was fair in all fairness to the staff because they were accommodating.

They need a bar. My bathroom was not completely clean and I made a request when I made the reservation and they did not accommodate them.

Great place to stay in in Bay City

Pros: convient location, and cleanliness.
Cons: more counter top space in bathroom
Clean, comfortable, good hot breakfast, friendly staff. Have stayed here before.

Very clean hotel!

The afternoon & evening staff were extremely nice & helpful. The hotel was super clean! I will definitely go back to The Hampton next time I visit Bay City.

Good hotel for the price.

Checked in and the room temperature was too hot and room smelled of mildew from the A/C unit. On a good note the complimentary breakfast was very fresh and plentiful according to my wife and son. Wife didn't like the coffee she stated the water had a funny taste.
