The wonderful lady Nettie that runs your 2nd shift is absolutely amazing and the most pleasant lady you have there and she’s very helpful and loving and really shows customer appreciation and is always the reason for coming back. We absolutely love her.

The property was close to the venue we were visiting. The ad online made it sound like a good value. Being a Wyndham property I assumed it would be up to par with other Wyndham properties I had visited. First, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting several minutes a lady from housekeeping told me the manager was upstairs. 2. No elevator. Stairs only. Our room was a small cubicle. When we first turned on the air it smelled like dirty feet. We checkedfor ice three times. The only ice machine in the facility never had ice. The property had no vending macines. The "hot breakfast" they advertised was waffles, frozen sausage biscuits and burritos. There were no instructions on the microwave or food about how long to heat anything. They had coffee, period. No water or juice to drink. Check out went better than checking in. Thought I was saving a little money. Last time I will stay at a Wyndham property.
