Well equipped apartment and excellent host.
We enjoyed our stay in Rosemarie's apartment. It is well equipped and communicating with Rosemarie was easy and she quickly responded to questions. She also accommodated us for a late check out. Good place to stay.

Rosemari’s apartment is comfortable, cozy, and clean. It’s very safe and secured, in a great part of the city. It is walking distance to tons of stores and restaurants, and only a few minutes walk to the metro station. Rosemari was very helpful and attentive with anything we needed, and even gave us great advice on things to see and do in the area. I would recommend her place to anyone visiting São Paulo.

For an amazing experience, this is where you need to stay!!
My first time in Brazil and Sao Paulo will forever be remembered as a rich and fulfilling experience largely because Rosemari is the best host a visitor can ask for. Beyond renting to receive payment that she surely deserves, the generosity of her time and assistance shows travelers that helping the stay be a easy and happy one is truly a passion for her that she fulfills so well. From my research I determined Rosemari apartment is the best value for an urban city experience in Sao Paulo. I was attracted to the apartment for its interior design and the pictures match the apartment exactly. Everything was spot clean, and organized, and all the appliances were in its best condition. From the balcony is a gorgeous view of the city that was a lot of fun to take pictures of. The top notch security personal of the building were friendly, helpful, and very attentive. There are beautiful common grounds that host a pool, sauna, pool tables, many lounge chairs, a laundry facility which you will not find easy in the city, a major plus. I first considered stays in Bella Vista for the famous avenue or Madelena for the art and restaurants but there is nothing like the charm and excitement of old city Republica also known as Centro were the building is located. It has a bit of all that the other cities offer, it is cost efficient, and is rich in history. Republica really provides what it means to live in Sao Paulo and Sao Paulo is a large state! You will see people from all over the world and locals from all walks of life without extensive or exaggerated sense of danger. Transportation to the other cities are quick and easy so you will not feel like you will miss out on the other cities. The famous club Love Story is nearby and there is a free walking tour at Republica Square that I recommend. I can't stress enough how much of a wonderful time I had in Sao Paulo and the way Rosemari contributed to this. It almost sounds to good to be true but it is true!!!! I will forever remember it and be grateful.

Excelente acomodação
Ótimo atendimento por parte da proprietária, assim como dos funcionários do condomínio. Bem localizado; próximo de tudo: restaurante, metrô - Estação Santa Cecília, igrejas, bares, praça da República, Elevado "Minhocão" para caminhadas no fim de semana. Ressalvo que o apto é mais indicado e suficiente para bem acomodar duas pessoas; chega a acomodar até quatro pessoas (que foi o nosso caso), mas fica bem apertado. Mas compensa a relação custo-benefício.
