A/C wasn’t working in the first night. But got fixed after I brought to their attention. Toilet wasn’t flushing properly. It got fixed after I brought to their attention. Bed wasn’t re done properly. Looked messy. I left the room and cane back and only half of the trash was taken

Location: Good location. Uphill walk to Avenue Paulista, you will get exercise.
Didn't clean the room one day. Even after asking. Never replenished coffee in room. Internet connections not good. Breakfast just so so.
