I was discriminate at the hotel restaurant, waiter did not want to bring me coffee, utensil, leaving me for last to be serve. Room was dirty, and I report it. And was told that nothing was wrong with the room. Mini-Bar was empty and refrigerator did not work either.
I let a deposit at the front desk. And still have to pay cash, whenever I consume food at the restaurant.
