Room was dirty. Breaksfast was a waffle maker. Took 2 days to get clean towels. Breakfast ran out of lemonade on day 3 and yogurt day 4. I wouldnt let a crackhead stay here

Shabby rooms, although beds were good as was TV. Whole place needs to be updated. Staff good and friendly, tried hard given the poor facility conditions

We were staying two nights. When we checked in, it was not explained that we would not have daily housekeeping. It was not explained that we would have an extra charge on our credit card as a damage deposit until after we checked out. The room was shabby, the bedding was old, the bathroom had hair and dirt in the corner. We will never recommend this facility to anyone and will never stay again.

Filthy room and surrounds. Disgusting lack of care and upkeep. I took 40 photos of evidence for one small room. We should have left but we were exhausted and it was late. Did not dare shower bc of tub condition and long hairs left behind. Utterly pathetic and scores in at our Number One worst hotel experience ever and we are older and world travelers…

It was right on the strip so alot of access to alot of restaurants and shopping locations. Hotel was not very clean.. It smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Carpet in room looked like it had not been vacummed. Restroom shower was disgusting.. Hair on the ceiling and soap scum.

I have stayed at many hotels and I am not that picky but this one was really bad. Too bad because the front desk staff was great! The walls and doors were so dirty. I had 4 rooms total 3 smelled like pot and the 4th like cigarette smoke. The bathrooms were very run down with burn marks on the tubs. I literally took one of the very dingy washcloths and soaks it with soap and wipes down the doorknobs and the bathroom door. I could not stand to look at the filth. Magic erasers would clean all that off easily. They need to get a better cleaning staff and update the bathrooms. Clean the carpets so it does not smell. There were some weird people staying-I think they might do monthly rentals to low income? I would not stay here again or recommend anyone stay here. Could not wait to get somewhere else to take a shower
