It’s overall a good stay. But it’s my first time that I have to pay for bottled waters at hotels in the States. Not sure if it’s CA rules but it’s a bit unpleasant because a water costs $5. Also, I got charge for dining service which I never used. Seems someone enjoyed their breakfast and my room got charged. At the end, the staff at front desk is very helpful and refunds me the credit, but it still confused me how it happened. Don’t they check the room key before letting a guest into the lounge for breakfast? Good that I checked my bill otherwise I was about to treat someone a yummy warm breakfast.
