"Pea Soup Anderson Hotel"
We spent Christmas weekend just outside the quaint town of Solvang. The restaurant nextdoor seated us for breakfast. There were two other couples there. We ordered the Travelers Breakfast. The perfect pancakes, eggs, and bacon were accompanied by their famous split pea soup. It is creamy with a kick of flavor. The decor takes you back in time. The room decor on the other hand was beautiful with pictures of cottages and lovely blue and white colors. Three cheers for extra comfy padded beds and a frig/microwave. I loved using the hairdryer and making a cup of tea with the coffee maker. I was impressed with the clean fresh white bathroom and plenty of soft great quality linens. I demand soft sheets and I was happy. We had danish fresh every morning from local bakery. Booking was easy. We were given a coupon for getting a room for disabled so that was nice. It was only 3 miles to Solvang. We parked in town and walked around. We drove to Los Angeles and to Monterey Bay using Solvang as center point. Quiet lovely tree lined street. Great place at Christmas. Courteous staff. A hidden jewel. Go. Go. Go.

"Nice hotel and setting didn't get what we paid for"
We paid for a larger room but we're given a smaller one. We of course didn't know until we were already in room. Nothing hotel could do because payment went through Travelocity. Also one of the room keys didn't work, had one key that did but it took my husband's muscles to turn the handle enough to open the door. Restaurant that was recommended by staff was closed. Other than that, had a nice getaway.

"Great Place to Stay"
The staff could not have been more helpful. They anticipated my needs and took care of them before I asked. The breakfast saved me a bundle: coffee, juice, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, fruit, etc. My only regret is that I could not use the pool due to my schedule.

"Amazing Stay! Forgot it was a Best Western!"
The hotel was so quaint and the staff were so friendly and helpful, it didn't feel like we were staying in a Best Western, but more a unique, cozy Inn! Rooms were a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. Was great having a restaurant onsite too! Good food and very reasonable prices. Being walking distance to downtown Santa Barbara was so nice too! No need to drive or take a Lyft. Next time we come back to Santa Barbara we will definitely stay here!

"Fabulous! "
We began our stay with a friendly greeting by the lady behind the desk and warm cookies, straight out of the oven. The ground are beautiful. Our room was very clean and comfy. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that we lifted the sheets to see what kind of bed it was. The made to order breakfast was delicious!

"Wonderful stay"
Nothing but great things to say about our stay at the best Western in Goleta. The hotel was clean the grounds were immaculate the staff was courteous and attentive and the breakfast in the morning offered a nice variety for the one meal of the day nobody really wants to dress up and take time out for. The evenings were very quiet, it was really a great place to get a good night's sleep. We will definitely stay there again.

"Holiday area visit"
We booked this facility because it allowed pets. Our plan was to spend some time in Solvang while staying in Lompoc. The ride between the two was pleasant, taking about 25 mins. Lompoc is large enough to have all the usual shopping establishments. which came in handy. A stay at O'cairns Inn & Suites includes complementary breakfast (cooked to order), a couple of free drinks nightly and free laundry facility available.
