I arrived earlier than check in time because I was returning from a cruise and my flight is not until tomorrow. The front desk staff allowed me to check in earlier than 3 as I am not from the area and do not have a car here so I would have had to sit in the lobby until check in time which would have been several hours. That was much appreciated.
