Although it might be at the hotel has been updated, the rooms are very dangerous! The bathroom has a black mold, growing on the ceiling, the bathroom light was dim it first, until it warmed up, and the carpeting throughout the room was stained and dirty. The main hallways were dark And dirty, even the wallpaper was being peeled off the walls! The elevators had signs of graffiti that had been poorly covered up.

The room was dirty smelt like urine. The toilet had ring around it tub is clogged with debris sink faucet was broke. Sheets was torn just a very bad experience no compensation got no refund wasn’t trying to correct any thing. Supervisor told me to call manager.

Doesn't look like pictures online. Barely had coffee cups in lobbey which was the only amenity. Tub leaked bathroom door didn't close completely.

El cuarto muy sucio, la cafetera del cuarto llena de hongos, el servicio de limpieza en los cuartos y pasillos es deprimente. No hay servicio de desayuno y solo tienen 2 microhondas en el lobby para todos los clientes y estan sucios. En fin no recomiendo este hotel para ninguna familia. El manager es muy grocero. Pasamos dos dias que dañaron nuestras vacaciones.

Was lock out of my room for about an hour and a half. Due a failure in the programming of the keys. It took hour and half for front desk guy to find the master key to let me in. Then I’m lock in my room for the rest of the night. I’m not a happy camper.

The only problem my family.had was that the room smelled like smoke and the elevators took forever.
