I didn’t like having my walls rattling and loud construction noises in the morning. I was out late and needed the sleep. Also, it smelled like smoke in my room. Breakfast was terrible, the OJ was just orange water. Staff was friendly.

Construction at the only entrance made it difficult to get in and out. Asked for room near elevator and was given a room as far away from the elevator at the end of the hall. Not great for our disabled parent.

The main reason we came was to swim with our child. The pool was not clean and COLD. Was overcharged for room. Double bed (sofa pullout) was un-usable. There was no linens, blankets or pillows. The couch itself was terribly uncomfortable. The breakfast was good. But for more than $220 for 1 night... not worth it and we won’t be back.

We are sorry that you did not have a pleasant stay. The part needed to maintain the pool at a higher temperature had been ordered for weeks but due to the Holidays and supply chain issues the delivery kept getting postponed. We did receive it and it is installed and the pool is up to the proper temperature. Because of Covid we do not leave the extra bed linens for the pull-out sofas in the room, but they are available at the front desk on request.
