Great staff, food options have good choices and reasonable pricing. All servers at bar-dining area were great but especially Ray and Santiago!

Didn't clean my room, just replaced the things that needed to be replaced, but never did mop the Flores, there was stains from othere people before me, the doors had holes, and not what a was expecting from a "Hilton " hotel, not ever staying there again.

Rude front desk staff. Booked through Travelocity two queen room, got a king. Not enough for my family. They would not assist in helping us. Offered no cot. No accommodating a change. Took two hours to get sheets and pillows to sleep on the floor. No water in the room. Worst Hilton property ever! Not Hilton standards to “do what it takes to make our stay great”. Travelocity said they had glitch in system and was sorry but did not assist to make things right. Extremely disappointing!
