We took a run down cottage and have transformed it to a four bedroom, three bathroom home away from home that can sleep 14! The home is one block from Rye Beach Park and the beach on the Lake Erie shore. Beach and park privileges included with your stay. Besides the beach, the park has a basketball court, kids playground, and picnicking. We are on a double lot with plenty of off street parking. There is a nice fenced in yard to play in and a fire pit to enjoy after dark. A patio out back can be enjoyed for grilling and outdoor dining.
Inside, the home is fully air conditioned for your comfort. Upstairs find a master bedroom with a king size bed and on suite bathroom. Next to it is a cottage style secondary master also with a king bed. Two other bedrooms have twin/full bunk beds with nautical decor. These three bedrooms share a convenient hallway bathroom. Downstairs is an open kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully furnished for your needs. A dining table seats eight with more seating at the kitchen island. Another living area in the front has a relaxing beach theme. This room has a sofa sleeper and can be closed off at night for a fifth bedroom. The utility area includes a third full bathroom and washer/dryer.
As you can tell there is plenty of room to vacation with your friends or extended family. Gather the girls for a fun weekend or the guys for fishing and boating on beautiful Lake Erie.
