The parking was over priced and a pain. No signs telling you where the hotel parking lot was. We finally found it completely behind the hotel and then you have to walk completely around the hotel to get to the entrance. Staff was great but the room was ran down and then there was the window. The window opened up to a creepy small area that was surrounded by walls and a door from somewhere that led to this area right outside our window. My wife was super creeped out by this. Like someone could be standing outside our window. If I can load a picture of it I will. But needless to say we couldn’t wait to leave this property. I would not stay here again. We have stayed at a lot of hotels in the area and this has been the worse one yet.

Best cleaning staff and rooms are cleaned daily. Bathroom is new but the bedrooms could benefit from a redesign. Sunny at the front desk is very good. Some noise from tram and outside noise but the area is safe. Our check-in was delayed by a Platinum member in front of us who successfully demanded many upgrades and free features that they didnt pay for or reserve. Multiple people were delayed for several minutes. Sunny did fine but this hotel needs more support to deal with challenging rewards members.

The only complaint is that the coffee maker’s outlet was not working . Had to move the coffee maker to make a cup of coffee.
