Front desk individual was incredibly kind. But the room itself was a disaster- dead spiders on the wall, long black hairs in my bed and the shower, it was a non-smoking room but smelled strongly of smoke. I had to check under the bed to ensure nothing was disgusting under there, I was greeted with trash and socks. I would not stay here again, regardless of how cheap it is. I spent $300 for a weeknight- should have slept in the car.

When I open the toilet lid, I saw the drops of pee on the seat. I saw someone's hairs in the bathroom. Obviously, they don't clean it well. The walls are so thin. I can hear every movement of my neighbors. I heard some sort of noise which I couldn't tell where it came from, but that made me a hard time to sleep. There was a room AC, but there is no termo control in the room. It was terrible and won't come back again for sure.

The only reason I chose this hote was because i’d stayed at the vagabond in sacramento and was pleasantly surprised. I cannot day the same with this one. Although the front desk staff were very nice and accommodating the rooms were not clean. The bedding had stains and holes and the bathroom smelled of body odor.

Cons: Change out the carpet and redecorate / up date the rooms. The carpet is filthy and the furniture is old and warn.
Location: Close to airport and a Denny's next door.
The morning desk clerk was rude and over charged me.

Okay place, but won't stay again

The room was quiet, except you could hear upstairs guests walking around, which they did as late as 1 a.m. Staff were very nice and accommodating. BIG PROBLEM: We were not happy there was only a pool and NO spa -- both Travelocity and THEIR websites said there was. I checked BEFORE booking as we wanted a hot tub after walking around all day! In fact, we skipped staying at other hotels that only had pools listed.

Good price in an overpriced area

Pros: Price and location
Cons: The breakfast, almost non-existant- could be made better along with getting a newspaper and venign machnine on site.
Location: Near the Airport and the freeways to go to different places. Monterey is about 70 miles south, San Francisco is about 50 miles to the north.
This is a no frills motel, but we had coffee in the room and Dennys is on the premises. Compared to the exhorbitant prices charged by the other "Silicon Valley" ripoffs, this was very acceptable. The room was in good repair and everything worked properly. No newspaper or vending machine on site.

Well Below average.

Pros: The only nice thing about this hotel was it's close proximity to the airport, public transportation and the concert venue that I was going to.
Cons: Newer furniture. Much, much cleaner room and amenities. New paint job. Newer and cleaner carpeting.
Location: The location was fine during the day but pretty sketchy at night. A few decent restaurants but not close to any shopping. Very close to the airport.
Upon entering the room I was immediately disappointed. The furniture was old and worn. There were several fruit flies visibly flying around the room. The hand towels were filthy. Don't think they had been cleaned for some time.
