Arrived at 250, room wasn’t ready until 430. Tried to put us in “same type of room”, but it was one without sea view, which is what we paid for, with no discount or comp offered. Automatically tried to charge card in pesos at bad exchange rate and without offering to charge in dollars. Only two towels and one coffee pack or 4 people. Staff pleasant enough, seems they may be trained to maximize $ intake for hotel, rather than provide good customer service.

At this property, i liked the restaurants located directly outside of the hotel. There was a gas station that sold snacks, which you can walk to. And up the street was a market.

Wonderful Hotel

Pros: Everything, pool, dinning area, room, staff, amenities.
Cons: nothing
Location: El Merkado market next door, hospital too, close to San Lucas.
Extremely clean and comfortable, nice pleasant staff. Good price, great complimentary breakfast.
