I decided to stay here based on the good reviews and overlooked the bad ones. I figured they must of had a bad experience, doesn’t mean I will. We were visiting our daughter who goes to SFSU we stayed Friday-Sunday. When we walked in it was decent. Settled in then I noticed cigarette burns on the bed I called front desk and the nice receptionist just changed the bedspread. Mind you, it’s a no smoking hotel. I was going to shower and there was hairs in the bathtub ugh!! I called and they would send someone to clean, no one ever came. I told my husband first and last time we are staying here I didn’t want to move or make a big deal since I got what I paid for, $97 a night. We weren’t at the hotel only to sleep, out and about all day. Sunday when we were getting ready to leave I nocited there were numbers written on the sheets not sure if these belonged to room 208 because that’s what it said in big letter, I just shock my head for sure never staying here again. On a good note the receptionist Jim gave us a good breakfast spot recommendation and it was delicious.

Excellent for the price. Easy to get to and in a safe location. Parking was free, plentiful, well lighted, and right at the hotel. The room was VERY clean and smelled fresh. Our room appears to have fresh paint. We got room touch up service every day. Breakfast is free so I don’t see how anyone can complain. Juice, coffee, waffles, muffins, boiled eggs, lunch meat, cheese and bread. Also had cereal and oatmeal packets. Soooo glad we stayed here instead of double the price in the city. Never even once did we feel unsafe or easy. Would definitely recommend for a no frills hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
