No hotel contact phone # shared from the booked ticket. Waited more than one hr and didn't see hotel shuttle coming . Contacted travelocity that auto help doesn't say how long shuttle would come and only say by schedule. So actually take Uber to hotel. Told at hotel it would come every 45 mins. After checked in, hotel staff didn't mention my room was located in North building - another one. Took a while to find out and room was hard to be very opened. Also didn't explain why they would charge $50 for deposit on possible damages. It was also noisy before middle night. So was not good experience for this stay.
