Typical Large City Hotel Posted Aug 22, 2015
As with any large city hotel, you have to pay for parking, and there is no free breakfast. There were no refrigerators in the rooms. On the other hand, the building is highly secure, the staff is excellent and helpful. There is a courtesy shuttle too and from the airport and you can request to other places. The staff will help you with anything, so be sure to tip. The room is very comfortable. I could tell the mattress was fairly new. The only problem for me is I don't sleep well on memory foam. I need a harder mattress. The bathroom is huge and was impeccably clean. Water pressure in the shower was very low, but I'm pretty sure that has more to do with the California drought and water restrictions. Free wifi is not that great. I was using it pretty late at night, and even so, it took awhile for pages to load. I've found this pretty typical with hotels that offer free wifi. I could hear a lot of noise from other guests. The hotel was full. Hotel is right on the bay and close to the airport.
