Thank you so much for letting us know about your experience with us! We're glad you enjoyed your visit! I am so sorry you had difficulty with the wifi. We recently upgraded our wifi and doubled our speeds, but I will work with our IT team to see if we're still having connectivity issues. Again, thank you so much for letting us know, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again soon!

Hotel OK. Neighborhood, not as much

Pros: Location.
Cons: Security. Stairwell lighting.
Location: San Diego has a lot to offer. With a car, this hotel is about 15 minutes away from most major sites.
The staff did a nice job. The room was OK, but it not the nicest. The hotel is the style where the entrances are on the outside vs internal hallways. With San Diego weather being chilly, walking outside to car at the 5th floor was uncomfortable. The other issue was security. Anyone off the street could walk in and go to elevator and go to anyones room. I think they need to enable the card swipe access to the elevator. The neighborhood is a little scary. The stair wells could be lit a little better.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We do realize that the external hallways can be a bit chilly, and we're hoping that the new railings that we are installing will help block some of the wind. We are also about to replace all of our locks with RFID locks. We spent quite a bit of money trying to get our card readers to work in our elevators, but to no avail. We're hoping that with the new lock installation this feature will be working. We do have Security Guards at the hotel though, so if you ever need an escort, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you, and we hope to see you again soon!

SHABBY

Pros: The room was clean and the staff were helpful.
Cons: Clean outside, new paint, new doors
Location: Close to airport
The hotel wasn't in a great part of town. The outside was shabby and needed painting. There was a hole in the wall in our room and the doors had spots of paint and paint was chipping off the doors.

Misleading Pictures

Pros: For the price nothing really.
Cons: Make this a cheaper stay and better maintenance in the rooms.
Location: The hotel was not in the best part of town and felt a bit unsafe by the surrounding areas after visiting a small walmart.
I was a bit disappointed. The pictures were very misleading and felt a little cheated. The Hotel was pricey and more like a motel with the doors facing the outside. The AC was loud and the room had a weird smell. The bathtub had genital hair still in it from a previous user.

Was a very good hotel to stay at.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Hotel was very comfortable and pleasant to stay at. The breakfast was good tasting and reasonably priced. All the rooms had a microwave and refrigerator which makes it nice to store sodas or drinks. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Looking forward to hosting an up-coming military reunion at this hotel in July 2013.

only good thing is that its close to the freeway other than that, you feel like ur in the ghetto

Cons: surrounded by used care dealers
this place makes you feel like your in the ghetto, you are surrounded by used car dealers and the sound of the freeway just rocks you to sleep, not to mention that if you leave the AC on ur floor will be soaking wet when u wake up

Very nice and clean.

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
The room was spacious and very clean. Didn't not like the area surroundings or the room facing a major street. Lots of traffic noise.
