The first issue was that we booked 2 rooms - I requested both via email and phone for 1 king and 2 doubles next to each other. When we checked in (or tried to) at 5:00, we were told only 1 room available and that we should go have dinner so something and come back after 6 for the other room. I then reminded them of the request for rooms and was told there were no King Rooms available at all. After getting no where with Travelocity customer service either, the motel finally called to tell me other room was ready. Upon going to room- there was dog feces all over the sidewalk leading to the stairs. When we got in the room- there was no microwave (stated there was in ad), coffee pot was missing parts, small blanket on beds, and just overall not clean or updated. Mold on the ceiling in bathroom and the baseboards were disgusting. When I asked for a microwave, they said they did not have any extras and the "new" coffee pot they gave us was also broken. Just overall not impressed for this being a La Quinta property. Felt more like a motel next to a truck stop.

There was poop all over the parking spots and even on the walk ways. It smelt terrible. The rooms were dirty and desperately need to be finished being updated.

This property is absolutely disgusting. Walked into a room that smells like wet dog. There was dog hair all over the room, doors in the beds and in the fridge. The door to outside is absolutely disgustingly dirty, with a busted lock. When I called the front desk to be moved to a cleaner room that option was not available according to the desk receptionist

3 rooms reserved. 1 week prior by Laurie, told King suite not available, replaced with adjoining King & Double. Reservation am confirmed via Mariah. Checking in 9pm by Emmy after waiting at empty front desk for > 15 min, told adjoining not available, replaced with Kind and Double adjacent not good because 2 of 4 are children. All rooms no furniture except 1 chair. Tissue holder empty in all rooms. No drawer or shelf space for clothing/belongings. A room had both micro & refrig, other with only refrig, don't remember about the adjoining. Breakfast generally provisions good. Christmas decor nice. Signage in lot for lobby location could be improved.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in the area but this one was disappointing. The photos are nice but in person it’s run-down. I won’t go into all the detail but small things like itchy sheets, moldy bathroom, big gap under the front door where critters can crawl into the room etc. Plus homeless people in the parking lot! A sketchy guy on a bmx bike was cruising up and down the parking lot over and over looking at the rooms. I honestly did not feel like my car or room were safe (in fairness, I did not experience any safety issues, just the perception that something could happen). The other thing is that I would call this a “motel” not a hotel, because every room opens to the outside. This is why the guy riding the bmx bike around did not feel right to me. The first thing I did when I got to my room was close the blinds! My main gripe is that this basic king size bed cost $230 a night so I was expecting much better. I did not expect the Ritz Carlton, but I was very disappointed by the lack of value for my money. A fair price for this not-so-good motel would be $100 a night. At $100 this is exactly what I would have expected. I won’t stay here again.
