Oceanfront with lots of places to sit and hang out, grilles, tables. Rooms are large!

This is true, we have a great beach front sundeck (great for catching a sunset) , a large patio with grilles and picnic tables with a direct access to the sandy beach.

Great location!

Cons: The bathroom could be bigger, with larger fixtures.
This motel is located right on the beach. We walked directly from our room onto the beach. There was a covered deck with a glass barrier to protect from wind and sand that faced the beach. Hotel staff were very helpful, sand toys, beach toys, towels and chairs were available to guests free of charge. Two very nice restaurants are within a half block, and the main shopping area on Camino Del Mar was a convenient walk away. We would definitely go back.

Not worth 1/2 the price.

Bathrooms were gross, bedspreads literally had holes in them.... Rooms seem the same as i saw them 15 years ago. Furthermore, trip was for my mothers 75th bday and she became very ill, the hotel was absolutely unpleasant and would not accomadate --- wouldnt refund NOR postpone my reservation. My husband & i went on trip & so very dissapointed. It is right on beach and still not worth the stay. The owner should be ashamed....
