Great place to stay
I loved the layout of the space. It was much roomier than a typical hotel room and very stylish. We did not do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have all the utensils you would need including a dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer were avaiable as well. The bed was pretty comfy and the place was clean. The area seemed a little sketchy when we first arrived, but it is under development and we never felt unsafe. We comfortably walked to a coupls of restaurants in the area. The air conditioners struggled to keep up in the extreme heat (103 F when we were there), but with the ceiling fan running it was still comfortable to sleep. Other reviews mention thin walls. Yes, you can hear your neighbors. Luckily the kids next door went to bed at a reasonable time so it did not bother us much. Bottom line: we enjoyed our stay and would book this place again in the future.

This stay left much to be desired. The other guests were incredibly noisy, and you can literally hear the guests next door talking, even at regular volume. When we arrived, there was hair & what looked like rice all over the living room carpet. There was dust and dirt all over the hardwood floors. We also found bugs in the linens, as well as dead bugs pretty much on all four corners of the floors. The washing machine was broken and would not drain the water, so I had to carry a full load of soaking wet clothes down a flight of stairs to the public washing machines. I did speak with Sonder support about all of these things, and while they were quick to respond, I won’t be staying at another Sonder property again.

Definitely do not stay at this property. Walls are paper thin. If someone is staying next to you, you can hear everything- full conversations, phone alarms, etc. I had to wear ear plugs and put the kitchen vent on as white noise to drown out the noise. Some guests would smoke weed and you could easily smell it into your suite. Also, although there is parking, it is very narrow and tight especially when parking is filled up with all guests. Very hard to park. In addition, there was no check out instructions communicated to me and wasn’t reminded me leave the parking pass. After I checked out early in the morning, at 3pm, the property told me I would be charged $100 if I didn’t return the parking pass by 5pm. By then, I was already driving to New Orleans and wasn’t going to drive back to return a parking pass when the property should have sent check out instructions the night before. I explained the situation and one worker told me not to worry, while another worker later on told me that I would be charged $100. Very unprofessional to tell a customer one thing, and then go back on their word.

We enjoyed our stay. Super clean,I loved the interior design.Safe place to stay Walkable to Riverwalk, The Alamo, Close to freeways. Definitely worth it!! I recommend this place.
