The lady at the front desk had a lousy attitude. She gave us a room that was occupied, we had to go back down to ask for another room, not acceptable.

They were short staffed and couldn’t manage , wifi didn’t work , we asked a million times and they didn’t do anything about it , none of the staff there speaks English properly , they are rude and it was such a dirty hotel, I found broken nail and fake lashes on the bed . It was an awful experience
