We were extremely disappointed. We've stayed in Red Roof Inns and have always enjoyed a clean, quiet relaxing stay. This inn, had cockroaches crawling on the walls and inside the drawers. There were 2 prostitutes actively working in the hotel parking lot and rooms. In addition, at 1:45 AM a loud party started above our room that lasted until after 3:30 despite calling the manager. This party extended from the 2nd floor into the parking lot. When I got up in the morning, there were cigarette butts all on top of and around my car from being flicked off the balcony. Extremely disappointed and NOT safe for small children.

The first room was filthy and blankets had cigarette burns all over blanket. Second room looked better but after inspecting there was pubic hair in sheets. Smears all over headboards and a roach in sink. Tub wasn’t cleaned. Mirror was streaked. Horrible. Cleaning person should be fired!!! However the man at desk was extremely helpful and kind getting us a full refund.

HORRIBLE!

Cons: Nothing close, No free Internet, Noisy
AWFUL- SAFETY LATCH ON DOOR BROKEN, DAYLIGHT VISIBLE AROUND 3 SIDES OF DOOR, PLUG DID NOT WORK IN BATH ROOM, WIRES EXPOSED ON LIGHT SWITCH IN BATHROOM, DRYWALL UNFINISHED, RIPP IN BED SPREAD. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WORSE!

Cheap but GROSS

Stayed one night to attend college graduation. Thankfully I only paid $** for this room with my Farm Bureau discount. It wasn't even worth that. Chose a non-smoking room but the room reeked of smoke, much worse than any other motel I've stayed in. Carpet didn't look vacuumed, hair in the sink, carpet was pulled away at the seam by the bathroom with a large staple sticking out. No sheets in the room for the pull out sofa bed which had cigarrette butts and a lighter fall out when I pulled it out. When I went to the office to ask them for sheets, they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about or where to find them. I was told they'd bring some to the room. When the sheets were finally brought to the room they were not folded, just kind of a heap of sheets although they did smell clean since of course that was a concern. It was nearly midnight before we got to San Angelo and had to get up early the next morning so we didn't try to find another motel like I would have had I had more time. The only positive was that we all did sleep very well. The sheets did at least seem clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was also friendly When we go back to San Angelo to visit my brother and when we attend the stock show, we will definitely be staying elsewhere!
