The Hotel was very clean and well kept. It’s located in a great part of Bangkok with short easy access to many many places to visit. The staff was always very nice and friendly and always had time to answer any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again!

My stay with Novotel was excellent except for communication. Hopefully in the near future you can have english interpreters or tell people about google translation app. Which I learned on my last day in Thailand. Communication would have been better between you and me. I am from the US. Thank you. Mr. On was excellent it taken care of our need of assistance. Thank you.
