I liked everything about the property's, my only major concern was when i was checking out, the Rep, was going to charge me again for the stay, although i paid in full an month an a half before my trip, she was jus promting alot of receipts, with charges i did not use, right now i have a $255 charge on my card that is pending since the day after i check in it suppose to go bk to my card they told me it would tske 5- 7 business days it still pending, i was very upset wen the rep keep printing receipt with those charges i have never incure, well it took her 3 times to get my bill right

Didn't manage to use booking and Hyatt said it was non refundable even when the request was made at 12:30, also their phone line did not work
