#1 Cheyenne was not a nice person it was like she didnt want to be there or deal with any of us #2 tvs dont work #3 a/c made so much noise that we could not use it when we went to bed #4 had to go to desk twice about tv and nothing was done #5 had to go down to the desk 3 times room key didnt work #6 refrigerator did not get even the slightest bit cold so we could not put our drinks in to keep cold

Upset that I did pre check in, got a message at 1:42pm saying my room was ready. Went to check in at 3:00pm and it wasn't ready. Room wasn't ready until after 5pm. Bathroom ceiling had mold spots on it. Recently updated and looked fresh, but I could hear everything since sound proofing wasn't a priority in the building or upgrade of this hotel. Not worth the price paid.
