Nice with no frills
A college friend and I stayed here for some hiking in the Wasatch. The apartment was as expected, clean and beds were comfortable. Towels for bathroom are super thin and small. Kitchen was adequately stocked and everything seems pretty new. Communication with owner was ok, but had requested a date change several months before our trip that wasn’t acknowledged. Checked again when we got there and had slow response. He did try to remedy the situation, but that was after we had made alternative plans (which turned out to be a night in Park City which was great!) I would recommend, but know the apartment is a great place to sleep and perfect if that’s all you need. And you may need to follow-up often with the owner should you need anything.

Great location - but not for 5
We brought a team for a business conference, so we didn't use all the excellent recreational amenities. Just pure business! The price was right, the location was perfect for us, and the hosts are great. The only drawback for us: the listing says that it sleeps 5. This is accurate if one person doesn't mind couch surfing. This was all disclosed to us in advance, so no quarrel there. But there are only 5 chairs at the dinette. We couldn't find any folding chairs or the like to make it work. So at breakfast somebody had to stand up, or sit apart from the group in the living room. Not good for team dynamics. Doesn't seem like it would be good for a family either. By the way, the kitchen is well appointed and had everything we need. Minor quibble: a coffee pot with larger capacity would have been helpful. Anyway, technically it sleeps 5 (and the couch was comfortable) but its not realistic to say that it accommodates 5 - not if you want to eat together or do any activity around the table. BUT If you have 4 or less, go for it! It's a delightful spot, and a good value.

SLC visit
Great location to go anywhere in SLC. Had what we needed. Nice carport parking across from apartment. Glad it had extras, like dishwasher, laundry area, and a hot tub. Would stay here again if passing through.

Great location! Owner responded quickly to any questions. Easy check in and out. Pool very clean. Owner had coffee and creamer and shampoo/conditioner plus spices for cooking. Nice neighborhood!

Rental was clean and everything you needed was provided. The pool was a great way to end the day after exploring Salt Lake and surrounding area. Great grocery store down the street. Would recommend this rental

Great location and accommodations
Easiest Vrbo rental we’ve ever had. Included everything you need for your stay. Lots of kitchen utensils, coffee, spices, etc. Lower level for easy in & out plus covered parking which came in handy with all the snow we got while there. It is a two bedroom but for a couple it’s priced better than most single bedrooms but you both get your own full bath and an extra room. I highly recommend and will book again.

Ski weekend
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our ski trip. Easy to get to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. We were grateful for the hot tub for our tired legs. We were fortunate to know the area but did wish we had a guest notebook for local information. We would love to stay here again our next trip! Thank you!!!

Boys ski trip
Great place for a couple guys or 2 couples to enjoy all that Utah has to offer. We went for a ski trip and the location is great for cottonwood canyons. Shopping close by, parking was 50 feet from the unit and could not have been easier. Communication was excellent and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dan
