Overall the hotel was great. My only complaint would be that it could use some updating. No outlets to plug in phones. Lamps are outdated. Kudos to the attendant at the front desk. When we told her that it was our 50th anniversary, she gave us a free upgrade Would definitely recommend!

The staff was very nice. However my origonal handicapped room smelled of cagarette smoke badly. It was a non-smoking room ! There was no other available handycap rooms so the person who checked me in did her best to set me up with a room that would be adiquit for the night. She managed to get tme a shower chair. I made it through the night evening hover the toilet was a little dificult to get up and down from (too low !). I was told by the manager at check out they should be able to get me a reduction on my room price because of thier mistake. However because I booked through Expedia . Your company had to call them. So I contacted your company and you contacted them and I was deniged any refund in price. Witch I dont feel is fair business practice. Especially sicnce I was promised a handycap room and I had no choice but to take the other room if I was going to be able to breath. BTW ALL OF THIER handicap rooms are on THE 2ND FLOOR. Which I feel is a SAFTEY HAZARD.yes there elevators horver if there were to be a fire there would be NO ESCAPE for someone like me !

There was no housekeeping for our four day three night stay. There was dog poop throughout the parking lot. The pool was closed the entire time. The morning breakfast was blah... Powdered eggs, cold cereal, instant outmeal Our sink drain was not working we reported it right away and they never did come to fix it even reporting it every day.
