We were given a room that clearly had been smoked in; it stunk, had a cigarette burn on bedding, & the window screen partially pushed out. We were quickly given a new room after mentioning it at the front desk, but were not given an apology or compensation of any sort. The customer service was lacking. The first impression on arrival was also disappointing with stained, unvacuumed carpets and a noticeable odor.

we enjoyed staying there it was clean and quiet. Shower had great water pressure. I've stayed in some hotel that cost a lot more and very little water pressure, and for the price it was worth, we would stay there again.

The front desk clerk was great both at check in and check out. The facility however was horrible. First, there smelled like a gas leak coming from the dryer vent outside. The room had a fridge that didn't work and had a lot of moisture, bathroom had mold all over the ceiling and a foul smell in the shower, one of the lamp shades had a melted hole, and the AC had something in it that blew on me when I turned it on. Lucky i only needed it to sleep for one night and leave the next morning. Would not recommend to ANYONE!

I never got charged for a deposit I've stayed many times at this hotel only one person charges me for a deposit

Dear Trinidad, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. Your feedback is important to us, and we value you as a guest. As per policy, there is a 150 dollar deposit for any guest paying with either cash, or a debit card. For future reference, it is always easier for the guest to use cash as a deposit, as it is promptly returned upon checkout. It takes a few days for the deposit to go back on debit cards. I do apologize for the inconsistency. As I'm sure you know, everyone does things differently but we will look into it to make sure that there is consistency from here on out.
