The view was nice and the room was large and the kitchenette was quite well stocked with dishes and utensils. The air conditioning did not work well and we had to keep the blackout curtains closed during the day to keep the sun from making the room hot. The pool was very disappointing and the area around the pool needed repair - however the water was clean. The staff was not helpful. Provided very little information regarding the property and services. When asked a specific question gave minimal information. For example when asking where the pool was they said go to the first elevators - the elevator for the pool is around the corner from those elevators and it took some time to find. Had to pay for a full day's storage for our luggage even though we only needed to store it while we went to lunch. Later saw some luggage behind the reception that was being stored for free. We were not given that option and ended up paying 10 euros for an hour and a half storage.

We had the best experience ever thanks to Anastasia, who was simply excellent and went out of her way to exceed our expectations. Anastasia's customer focus and genuine empathy were simply outstanding. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

HORRIBLE!!! Filthy!

I have never left a hotel review before, but I feel I must warn people about this hotel! It’s FILTHY! Even the check in desk is filthy! Every time we turned the water on (took a shower, flushed the toilet, etc), the pipes literally howled for like 15 minutes! It was a high pitched howl! The beds were about 5 inches thick and horribly uncomfortable! The furniture was all damaged, there were no English speaking channels on tv except for BBC News. Very shady looking people are there at all times. This is just not worth saving the money!!!!

Awful experience

Terrible they had us go through a mission to put our luggage on hold until our room was ready. They had a bed that flipped out of the wall which was tacky. Our card key didn't work after a long day we had to go back reception and ask for the key to work we were one of many with the same issue the system was not working and this lady was rude saying to go to reception for a simple question and when I said the question she said she doesn't speak English when I asked the reception if everyone knows English here he said yes and made it clear the lady dim said she didn't understand and she stayed quiet. All this experience for the price is not worth this hotel. We were very disappointed

Great experience! Right nearby Eiffel!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, location, view
Our stay was super comfortable, the hotel is close to the Metro so was easy to find! Staff were extremely friendly, we didnt realise that the Metro went on strike so the staff helped us find an alternative way to get to the airport. It was clean, had a kitchen and the best part was that they had internet available downstairs so we could look for online tickets, rail schedules...pretty much anything needed to surf the internet. The room is kind of small but didnt matter because we were out most of the day and just slept in the room. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, metro and the eiffel tower..definitely will recommend to anyone :)
