Got in late so we didn’t have a chance to really check out the facility. With that said, the room was clean and presentable, beds were comfortable, descent water pressure. However, the property outside was littered and not very appeasing to the eye. Mainly on the back-side where we parked.

Great location less than expected room

We booked a room with a king bed more than a month in advance. When we arrived they put us in a room with queen beds. They did not reserve our requested room and no more king beds were available when we arrived.

Nice hotel but....

Pros: It is clean
Cons: Customer service! Why can't the clerk at night have some power to change things. Not is not customer service.
We have stayed in the hotel previously. Usually a good find, good price and clean. We thought we were going to say with family after the first night but needed to change our reservation from 2 Queens to 1 King, for the rest of the stay. We had already paid for the Queen room for the first night and then booked the next 3 nights for a King all pre-paid, hoping that we could just stay in 1 room and not have to move. Not so, when we checked in, when asked to stay in one room, offering to pay the difference between the queen and king room, the clerk said he didn't have the keys for a King. We moved early the next morning. We asked for the towels to be changed in the new room, since that is where we showered. When we returned late that evening, the towels had not been changed. The third day we left early only to return late that night to a room that was not cleaned. The only recourse was fresh towels. Not good. The air conditioning was not easy, it was either too hot or you were frozen out, with the difference of 1 degree.
