The property is made up of 92 apartments situated in a three-storey building (with lift) housing vibrant and comfortable residences. Although a quiet destination, the Residence is less than 8km from the port and shops and only less than 20 km from the architectually stunning and historic city of Perpignan. Take a short trip to the scenic port for an array of shops or for a wonderful view of the gulf and watch for boats coming in. If you would rather stay on the property, enjoy the Residence's two restaurants, which include a gourmet restaurant and brasserie, or visit the onsite bar plus a delicious seasonal bakery service.
