The staff at the Fairfield is excellent. They were friendly and helpful. The condition of the property, however, is the reason why I only gave it 3 stars. One elevator was not working, which left only one elevator available for everyone during a busy weekend. The ice machine on the 4th floor was not working during my entire 5 day stay. The housekeeping was inconsistent. I had to call for service for my last 2 days because trash and towels get stinky after 3 days!

The hotel was very clean and pleasant, main down side was the thin walls, we could hear everything from the room next door and they were quiet noisy until 2am. The beds were not as comfortable as we would like but overall the room was very nice.
