average lodging; best if common areas needed
I'm not fond of outdoors access/doorways/hallways/stairs to my room, especially when staying alone and you have a also have a window to those hallways. There seemed to be one interior hallway - unsure how to book that. The access from the outside to the interior open air space courtyards (two areas) had several doors, all of which did not seem to auto lock and there were a couple of large groups at the tables and hot tub - unclear if they were even staying there. The building is old and the floors creaky and uneven, but best western did their best to upgrade them. Beds were average. This would be better for families and groups as there was several open areas to spend time. Breaksfast was a bit above average with fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, waffles, breads.
