An Intercontinental disappointment

Pros: Previous stays were pleasant, I am not sure why we were treated so poorly this time, but we won't be back.
Cons: Resolve the issues noted above.
Television did not work for entire stay, no credit for the lack of service. The bed was THE hardest king size bed I have ever TRIED to sleep on. Housekeeping replaced amenities for one person when there were two of us. Sharing my concerns upon checkout resulted in a blank stare. Follow-up with corporate office yielded no results. My family of five will never use this hotel again.

Our Stay at the Intercontiental

Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: updating the hotel, beds hard as a rock and move around because there on wheels.
Location: restaurants and shopping within distance
Hotel has made any upgrades from 5 years ago, over charging and incorrect invoicing.

Awesome place to stay!! Highly recommend.

Pros: location! restaurant/bar. comfort of room, specially the bed. Well kept place.
Cons: Staff. Most seemed a little uptight. Although I did have a great encounter with one but the rest I encountered were uptight. Not good for business.
Location: Location is great. Safe. Restaurants near by not walking distance as you would like but grab yourself a taxi and go!
The rooms are very comfortable, loved the shower. :-) facilities were top notch. ATM near by in case you need quick cash. Location is great, near most things to visit. Location is very safe. Taxis waiting for you outside or Uber drivers are always near by.

A special night.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: lousy smoking area for a fine cigar.
We stayed one night at the end of a week in Medellin before heading to the airport the next morning. The pool was exceptional and the food was terrific! It was our 30th anniversary and the waiter gave us a special appetizer and desert to really make it special. We will be back!

great hotel

I stayed for 4 days in this hotel , and it was very amazing, and everybody the personal at the hotel , they were very nice, and this hotel has a beautiful pool that you just want to stay in there forever.
