The manager was on extended phone call when I arrived and ignored my presence for about 10 minutes before speaking. I told him I was checking in and he replied there was no reservation. Then he told me to contact Travelocity. Then he disappeared. Travelocity tried to contact the property and there was no answer. I had made reservations to travel to Budapest in February and decided since Travelocity had failed to make my reservation in the US it would probably fail to properly provide their services in Hungary. I don't want to be stranded in a foreign country at arrival.

Honestly i would not go back. the whole hotel was dirty..enterance/lobby, hallways and the room which i paid over $125 for had trash and other items under the bed! Nothing positive to say

I checked into the hotel, there was no garbage can and no ice bucket so I tried to call the lobby but the phone did not work. I went to the lobby and told the person there. She did not say she would take care of it she said you don't need to be rude. I walked out and never even stayed the night.

Its gone down hill . Broken chair , jaccuzzi was not powerful at all and cracked. Blood stain of some kind in shower on wall.
