We didn’t realize when we booked it that it was 24 miles off the interstate. Our mistake but we were stuck. We got there and I ordered a king bed room she said it is on second floor. I said no problem. To my surprise I asked which way was the elevator. There wasn’t one or broke. My husband is almost 80 and almost fell carrying luggage up the stairs. The toilet wobbles when you sit on it. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. They were not very friendly and could hardly understand them when they spoke English

We were pleased that we were able to check in earlier than the 3pm time. We were in a time crunch and were very grateful. The staff was always cleaning, mopping wiping the entrance area. Our room had a clean smell, the heater worked great. It was the coldest day of the season. The blanket on the bed looked brand new and was very clean. Our breakfast was good, especially during the pandemic. Fast check out as well.

The people were friendly. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. It was overly firm. I didn’t sleep well because the traffic and outside is noisy. Also, I’m not sure what it was, but there was a constant noise inside. I’m not sure if I was over the laundry room or what. The complimentary breakfast was not appealing at all. However, atleast I had a place to stay the night.

It is dirty and run down. Needs new beds, new furniture, and properly cleaned and SANITIZED. I had to clean the handicap shower before bathing my son. Handicap buttons did not work at ALL, and not one staff member offered help with doors. The Chair in the room needs replaced or removed all together, the bed is falling apart with springs sticking out. Has not ever been flipped, like someone slept in the same spot for years. I will NEVER stay there again! I would rather drive the 3 hours back home, after visiting family.

Small Town Feel

The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable and it is an easy 30 minute drive from Rose-Hulman.
