This was my first trip since the pandemic. I'm okay with being told that there will be no housekeeping in my room until 3 nights have passed, but for a 4-night visit, it's a little pointless--I just left the do not disturb sign out at the end. It WAS annoying that they did not put in extra TP, soap, or shampoo, and I had to ask for stuff. Also, as others have noted, the bathroom was not perfectly cleaned before I checked in--I found what appeared to be shaven hair on the wall of the shower. (Apparently there was a man who shaves his face in the shower, with no mirror?) Just a minor annoyance. What was more concerning was that I got sick after my first breakfast. I suppose that's the restaurant's fault, probably an independent company, but it really had a hugely negative impact on my first full day in town. It also made me afraid to order fresh fruit again, and I tried to stick to cooked stuff. I probably should have mentioned it while there, but it was not salmonella or anything that landed me in the hospital, and it passed in 24 hours. This is my 3rd or 4th stay at this Holiday Inn, and I would certainly stay again.

Staff was friendly and efficient upon arrival; room was bright and clean. A nice hotel, an upgrade from other hotels I’ve been at. Wish they served a continental breakfast!

Pool water not inviting, Very Cloudy(dirty). No room service for food, cleaning, emptying trash, change sheets, get towels and to replenishing a simple thing as foam coffee cups. Had to call to have any of this done. Stayed for three days two nights with 2 other adults had to call to get everything.

Hotel looks beautiful, and is in a good location. Everything was very clean, and staff was excellent, trying to make us comfortable in spite of being extraordinarily busy. Beds were very hard, and pillow selection was not good--only two pillows per queen size bed, one flat and one much too thick. Walls between rooms are evidently too thin, as talkative neighbors woke us up in the middle of the night.

Great hotel, but the restaurant is horrible. They put menus in my room saying they serve food 11a-10p 7 days a week, just a phone call away. I called the number and a man picked up sounding very confused and annoyed, told me the number I called is not the restaurant and that the restaurant does not serve lunch.

Room ceiling water marks, patches where tried to hide water issues, rust marks all over, under construction on main floor, air conditioning so loud couldn’t hear talking voice, door knock or tv. Room smelled musky and damp. Check in clerk added deposit on bill for “incidentals” in advance!? Will not be using travelocity if this isn’t rectified.
