Dear customer,We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. However, it was confirmed from the hotel call logs and records that you only called once to let us know your flight would be delayed and that you would arrive at 10pm. Our staff stayed up until 4 am well past closing to wait for your arrival. You never showed or contacted us again regarding your reservation. The hotel was booked out, we had full rooms and turned customers away just to reserve your room and ensure you had a place to stay when you arrived. You paid for your room online through the travel agency, so your room was kept for you because it was paid for when you booked it. Our policies on all our travel agencies specifically states that we have a 24 hour cancellation window. "Travelers who cancel 24 hours or more before 4pm on the day of check in are charged no fee's, Travelers who cancel less than 24 hours before 4 pm on day of check in are charged 1 night plus tax" Best regards, Western inn Management
